Most orders are activated within 5–30 minutes after the on-chain payment confirms. Telegram Stars and free-promo orders activate instantly. If 60 minutes pass without activation, contact support via the link at the bottom of this page and include your transaction hash or order ID.

On the website: USDT and USDC on Base, BNB Chain, Polygon, and Arbitrum, plus the native coins (ETH / BNB / POL). Solana SPL USDT, USDC, and native SOL are also supported via WalletConnect. Inside the Telegram Mini App: TON via TON Connect (or manual transfer), and Telegram Stars.

Never. We only need your X (Twitter) handle — the @username. Activation happens on the X side; your password, email, recovery codes, or phone number are never requested, stored, or transmitted.

Reach out via the Contact support link below and include the transaction hash. Underpaid and wrong-recipient transactions are flagged automatically by the on-chain verifier; the admin reviews each case and resolves it with either a top-up activation note or a refund where possible.

Once a Premium subscription is activated against your handle the benefit is delivered, so refunds aren't possible at that point. If activation fails on our side and we can't resolve it within 24 hours, we will refund the full amount in the same currency you paid with.

They're independent. A referral attribution stays linked to the order regardless of the promo code applied — the affiliate earns commission on the post-discount amount. Promo codes themselves don't stack: only one code per order.
